Personal Training

Personal training is for everyone. Whether you're a fitness buff or someone who has never participated in a regular exercise program, you can benefit tremendously from a program that is put together just for you.  Personal training is just that; it's personal. Each client is unique, with their own unique bodies and their own unique activity preferences. That's why your program will be YOUR program; tailored to fit your goals.

  • Training Types

    • Individual and group sessions are available in single session, 4-pack, 8-pack and 12-pack options
    • Hour long sessions are standard and you will get the most out of your session by spending a full 60 minutes training your body. Click here for pricing and more information about 60-minute sessions.

    • At a traditional gym location...no membership required! (81st and State Line at Snap Fitness)
    • In the cormfort of a gym in your office building or in your apartment/loft's gym (within 10 minutes from Waldo/Brookside Area)

    Q: If I would like to be trained in a gym in my office or outdoors, what if I don't have all the correct exercise equipment?
    A: Not a problem!  Erin will provide appropriate equipment that will provide the correct amount of resistance for you to reach your goals. If you do have exercise equipment in your home that you would like to utilize during training sessions, that is fine as well.

    Q: Who have you had experience training?
    A: I've trained a variety of people ranging from age 16-65, from beginner exercisers to athletes. I have also had clients with physical challenges.

    Q: What is group training?
    A: Group training is when 2-4 people are trained at the same time. This is a great option for people who love working out with others. This is also a great option for those wanting to save some money on training!
